Meet Rochelle

I am Rochelle Pattison, and I am a candidate for the Glenferrie Ward in the Council elections.

Together, my wife and I are raising our two teenage sons, and I’m an active member of the community—whether it’s playing with my hockey club, participating in parent groups, or serving on various LGBTQIA+ advocacy organisations. 

I founded my financial services firm in the 1990s and have had a long and successful career in corporate finance and financial services. I’ve also invested in impact-focused businesses and am committed to ensuring that Boroondara Council remains carbon-neutral.

Arriving here in 1982 from Wagga Wagga as a boarder at Xavier, I quickly recognised this area as a remarkable part of the world, and I have kept returning to it throughout my life.

I’ve learnt listening is vital in responding to people’s needs. My focus will be on ensuring that core council activities are conducted efficiently, transparently and address the community’s needs. The Glenferrie Ward deserves a councillor who is focused on the community, cares for the residents, and is committed to improving our shared space!
